On December 27, 2024, Prime Minister Ishiba held the 52nd meeting of the Global Warming Prevention Headquarters at the Prime Minister’s Office.
During the meeting, the participants engaged in discussions on a draft of the Plan for Global Warming Countermeasures and a draft of the National Government Action Plan, which sets forth measures to be taken by the government to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the government’s administrative work and projects.
