On December 26, 2024, Prime Minister Ishiba held the 16th meeting of the Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy in FY2024 at the Prime Minister's Office.
At the meeting, the participants engaged in discussions on the economic outlook for FY2025, the strengthening of Evidence-Based Policy Making (EBPM) based on the Economic and Fiscal Plan for New Stage, and the implementation of the reform process.
