Congratulatory Message from Prime Minister Kishida to President Lam of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam

On May 23, Mr. KISHIDA Fumio, Prime Minister of Japan, sent a congratulatory letter to H.E. Mr. To LAM, President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam following his appointment on May 22, 2024.
In the letter, Prime Minister Kishida conveyed that the two countries have established close cooperation in various areas over the past 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Viet Nam last year that he hoped to elevate the bilateral relations to a higher level for the next 50 years.
