Congratulatory Message from Prime Minister KISHIDA to H.E. Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Faye, President-elect of the Republic of Senegal

On April 2, following the Senegalese presidential election held on March 24, Prime Minister KISHIDA issued a congratulatory letter to the President-elect, His Excellency Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Faye.
In the letter, Prime Minister Kishida expressed his respect for democratic and peaceful conduct of the election based on the principle of the rule of law, and his conviction that, under the leadership of the President-elect, peace and stability in Senegal would be maintained and socio-economic development would further advance. He also conveyed his willingness to work closely with the President-elect for further strengthening the bilateral relations in all aspects, including political, economic and business relations.
