Message of Condolences from Prime Minister KISHIDA Fumio regarding the Passing of Hon. Albert F. Del Rosario, Former Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines

On April 19, following the passing of Hon. Albert F. Del Rosario, Former Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, on April 18, Mr. KISHIDA Fumio, Prime Minister of Japan, issued a message of condolence to His Excellency Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., President of the Republic of the Philippines, to express his sympathy for Former Secretary Del Rosario, a friend of Prime Minister Kishida from the days when he was Minister for Foreign Affairs.
