1. Timely and accurately provide citizens with information regarding evacuation, heavy rain, rainstorms, etc.
2. Work closely with local governments to fully implement measures including support for evacuation of the residents to prevent the spread of the damage, working as the government as whole.
3. In areas that have already suffered damage, ensure that voices of affected people continue to be carefully heard to identify actual conditions and that support is provided to meet real needs of the affected people.
