Meeting of the Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy

On May 23, 2024, Prime Minister Kishida held the sixth meeting of the Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy in FY2024 at the Prime Minister's Office.
 
At the meeting, the participants engaged in discussions on the response to lifelong active engagement and the declining birthrate as well as enhanced resilience of social security among medium- to long-term priority issues.
