Exchange of Views among the Government, Labor, and Management

On March 13, 2024, Prime Minister Kishida attended an exchange of views among the government, labor, and management at the Prime Minister’s Office.
 
At the meeting, an exchange of views was held with labor and management representatives at the timing of the concentration of pay increase requests during the 2024 spring labor-management wage negotiations and ahead of the future wage negotiations of small and medium-sized enterprises and other small businesses.
