Exchange of Views among the Government, Labor, and Management

On January 22, 2024, Prime Minister Kishida attended an exchange of views among the government, labor, and management at the Prime Minister’s Office.
At the meeting, a follow-up on the thorough implementation of measures to pass on labor costs of small and medium-sized enterprises was conducted in response to the exchange of views among the government, labor, and management held on November 15, 2023, and an exchange of views was held with labor and management representatives in preparation for the 2024 spring labor-management wage negotiations.
