Council for Gender Equality

On December 25, 2023, Prime Minister Kishida attended the 71st meeting of the Council for Gender Equality at the Prime Minister’s Office.
 
At the meeting, the participants engaged in discussions on the results of a halfway follow-up on the Fifth Basic Plan for Gender Equality, the future course of deliberations toward the Intensive Policy for Women’s Empowerment and Gender Equality 2024 (Basic Policies Related to Women), and other matters.
