On November 3, 2023 (local time), Prime Minister Kishida visited Manila in the Republic of the Philippines.
The Prime Minister paid a flower tribute at Rizal Park, and afterwards attended the welcoming ceremony at the Malacañan Palace and signed a guestbook. The Prime Minister then held a Japan-Philippines Summit meeting, followed by a Document Exchange Ceremony and a Joint Press Occasion, and afterwards attended a banquet hosted by President Marcos.
