CHIEF CABINET SECRETARY FUJIMURA: A Minister of State post has been reassigned. While Minister Masaharu Nakagawa had been asked to assume the post of the Minister of State for Measures for Declining Birthrate, in order to facilitate the smooth deliberations on the bills related to the comprehensive reform of social security and taxation systems, Minister Yoko Komiyama has been assigned to this post effective today.
