CHIEF CABINET SECRETARY SUGA: I have an announcement regarding the ceremony in Russia to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, which will be held in Moscow on May 9. Although Prime Minister Abe was invited, it has been decided that the Prime Minister will not be attending due to scheduling reasons. From Japan, Ambassador to Russia Chikahito Harada will attend the ceremony.
