At the G20 Los Cabos Summit, the leaders are expected to discuss a wide range of topics, including: (1) The world economy, including the prevention of the eurozone debt crisis; (2) Reform of the international financial architecture; and (3) Development, among other matters. It is critical that the key countries issue a strong message in order to ensure the stability of the world economy and sustainable growth, and Prime Minister Noda intends to make active contributions to this end. Also, on the occasion of the G20 Summit, with regard to bilateral meetings, meetings with President Felipe Calderon Hinojosa of Mexico, President Vladimir Putin of Russia, and President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia are planned, and arrangements have begun to be made.
