[COVID-19] The Declaration of the Lifting of the State of Emergency in Response to the Novel Coronavirus Disease

Pursuant to Article 32, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Special Measures for Pandemic Influenza and New Infectious Diseases Preparedness and Response (Act No. 31 of 2012), the government declared  a state of emergency on April 7, 2020 in relation to the novel coronavirus disease. Since the government has recognized that it is no longer necessary to implement emergency situation measures, it has declared, pursuant to Article 32, Paragraph 5 of the Act, that the state of emergency has ended on May 25, 2020.
