Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.

During the session, an explanation was provided by Mr. Otohiko Endo, a member of the House of Representatives, on the resolution related to the promotion of friendship between Japan and Ukraine, including the cooperation on responses taken after the nuclear power plant accident, upon the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Ukraine. The resolution was approved. Following this, the Prime Minister delivered an address on the resolution.
