Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.

During the session, an explanation was provided by Mr. Tadamasa Kodaira, Chairman of the Committee on Rules and Administration, on the resolution to protest against North Korea's announcement to launch a satellite and strongly urge North Korea to refrain from the launch, which was approved. Following this, the Prime Minister delivered an address on the resolution.
