Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda held talks with Mr. Thongsing Thammavong, Prime Minister of Lao People's Democratic Republic, at the Prime Minister's Office.
After the meeting, Prime Minister Noda attended a signing ceremony, which was followed by a joint press statement.
