Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors in the morning, and the plenary session of the House of Representatives in the afternoon.

During the sessions, following on from the previous day, the representatives of political parties posed their questions on the speeches of the Ministers of State, and the Prime Minister answered questions on his policy speech.
