Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors.

During the session, the House voted and passed the draft third supplementary budget for FY2011 (Article 3 of the General Account, Article 3 of the Special Account, and Article 2 of the Budgets of Government Agencies).
The Prime Minister then reported on his attendance at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting and ASEAN-related meetings, among other matters, and answered questions from the members of each party and faction.
