Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.

During the session, the purpose of the Bill on Special Measures for Securing Financial Resources Necessary for Reconstruction from the Great East Japan Earthquake was explained by Mr. Jun Azumi, Minister of Finance, and of the Bill on Special Provisions for Local Allocation Tax and the Bill on Temporary Special Provisions for Local Tax Following the Great East Japan Earthquake by Mr. Tatsuo Kawabata, Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications, and the Prime Minister answered questions from each party and faction.
