Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors.

During the session, as in the plenary session of the House of Councillors on the previous day, the representatives of political parties posed their questions on the Prime Minister's policy speech and other matters, and the Prime Minister answered questions from each party and faction.
