Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda held talks with Mr. Juan Manuel Santos Calderón, President of the Republic of Colombia, at the Prime Minister's Office.

After the meeting, the two leaders attended a signing ceremony for an investment agreement, which was followed by a joint press announcement.
