Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori met with Prime Minister Rafic Hariri of the Republic of Lebanon at the Prime Minister's Official Residence. The two leaders exchanged views on the promotion of mutual investment and a range of other bilateral issues. At the dinner in honor of Prime Minister Hariri that followed they also discussed the Middle East peace process and the problem of Iraq.
