Prime Minister Naoto Kan held the presentation ceremony of the Prime Minister's certificate of appreciation at the Prime Minister's Office for Dr. Akira Suzuki, Emeritus Professor of Hokkaido University, and Dr. Eiichi Negishi, H.C. Brown Distinguished Professor of Chemistry, Purdue University, winners of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2010.
