The senior vice-ministers, the parliamentary secretaries, and the special advisors to the Prime Minister of the second reshuffled Kan Cabinet were decided at the Cabinet meeting on January 18.

Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended a commemorative photograph session with each group of the senior vice-ministers, the parliamentary secretaries, and the special advisors to the Prime Minister. He then attended the first meeting of the senior vice-ministers and the first meeting of the parliamentary secretaries.
