Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.
During the plenary session, the House voted for three bills of the supplementary budget for FY2010 (Article 1 of the General Account, Article 1 of the Special Account, and Article 1 of the Budgets of Government Agencies), which all passed.
Following this, the Prime Minister reported on the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting held on November 13 and 14, and answered questions from Diet members.
