Prime Minister Naoto Kan received a courtesy call from Mr. Tomoaki Nakao, Mayor of Shimonoseki City, at the Prime Minister's Office.

During the courtesy call, Shimonoseki City staff dressed up as Kiheitai militia and Mayor Nakao introduced Shimonoseki's wild tiger puffers and presented the Prime Minister with a banner bearing the word "Kiheitai" and other gifts.
