Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors. During the plenary session, the fiscal 2010 budget proposal was put to a vote. The House adopted and passed the budget proposal. It also passed laws related to the budget, including the Tax System Reform Law.
