On January 17 (local time), Prime Minister Shinzo Abe visited the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
He began by visiting the Jordan Museum.
The following day, on January 18 (local time), after taking part in the welcome ceremony at the Office of the Prime Minister of Jordan, Prime Minister Abe held talks with H.E. Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour, and attended a signing ceremony.
Following this, the Prime Minister held a summit meeting with the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, H.M. King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, at the Royal Court Office, then made some remarks at a meeting of Japanese and Jordanian business representatives held by the King at the Office of the Royal Palace, and attended a luncheon.
