I would like to offer my deepest congratulations to Ms. Malala Yousafzai and Mr. Kailash Satyarthi on winning the Nobel Peace Prize.

Despite receiving death threats, Ms. Yousafzai has continued to champion the rights of women to receive an education, filling people around the world with a sense of courage.
