On November 9 (local time), during his visit to Beijing to attend the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe held talks with the Rt. Hon. Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada.
The Prime Minister also held talks with H.E. Mr. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, President of the Russian Federation.
