Prime Minister Shinzo Abe held talks with H.E. Mr. Horacio Cartes, President of the Republic of Paraguay, at the Prime Minister's Office.

The two leaders then attended the signing ceremony for an exchange of notes on grant aid between Japan and Paraguay, following which they held a joint press announcement.
