Prime Minister Shinzo Abe received a courtesy call from H.E. Dr. Rajendra Pachauri, Chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, at the Prime Minister's Office.
The Prime Minister presented Chairman Pachauri with a badge for "Fun to Share," explaining that it was a climate change campaign aimed at realizing a low-carbon society.
