Prime Minister Shinzo Abe received a courtesy call at the Prime Minister's Office from the Japan-France Club.
The Prime Minister said in his address,
“Today we welcome the Japan-France Club, members of the business communities of our two countries who are contributing to the development of Japan-France relations.
Last year, H.E. Mr. François Hollande, President of the French Republic, visited Japan. Upon his visit we took the opportunity to further develop Japan-France relations. We are developing every facet of our relations, including economics, diplomacy, politics, security, culture, and human exchanges.
I too would like to continue to further develop good Japan-France relations as special partners.”
