Prime Minister Shinzo Abe attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors in the morning, and the plenary session of the House of Representatives in the afternoon.
During the plenary session of the House of Councillors in the morning, Mr. Yoshihide Suga, Chief Cabinet Secretary, explained the purpose of the Bill for the Partial Amendment of the Act for Establishment of the Security Council of Japan and Other Acts, and the Prime Minister answered questions from each party and faction. 
During the plenary session of the House of Representatives in the afternoon, Mr. Yoshitaka Shindo, Minister of State, explained the purpose of the Bill on the National Strategic Special Zones, and the Prime Minister answered questions from each party and faction.
