On March 31 (local time), Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who is visiting Ulan Bator, Mongolia, held talks with Mr. Zandaakhuu Enkhbold, Chairman of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia.

Later, the Prime Minister offered flowers at the memorial monument for the Japanese who died during detention, in Dambadarjaa, Ulan Bator.
