Prime Minister Shinzo Abe received a courtesy call from Mr. Salman Khurshid, the External Affairs Minister of India, at the Prime Minister's Office.

The Prime Minister said in his address,

"I believe the relationship between Japan and India is among the bilateral relations with the greatest potential.
I heard that the strategy dialogue with Mr. Fumio Kishida, Minister for Foreign Affairs, achieved significant results. I am also willing to further develop the Japan-India relations."
