Prime Minister Shinzo Abe attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors.

During the session, the representatives of political parties posed their questions on the speeches of the Ministers of State, and the Prime Minister answered questions from each party and faction on the fiscal policy speech by Mr. Taro Aso, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance.
